Management Trainee

Are you a young graduate looking forward to starting your working life?

As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive insight into Visma’s portfolio of products and services, as well as being able to develop key knowledge about Visma’s strategic choices. During the program, you will be closely monitored by a mentor who will play an important role in supporting you in planning your career.

As a Management Trainee you will manage projects in five different departments or companies of Visma for 12 months . You will build your practical education as a future leader in the most exciting enterprise in the Nordic region. All projects require comprehensive understanding of business, a customer driven approach, and insight on Visma’s strategy. The projects will be individually adjusted to fit your background and ambitions.

Qualifications for the position

• Recently graduated or with a maximum of two years work experience
• Master’s degree within Business/Management or Computer Science/IT-Management
• Strong  skillset and good academic results
• Scandinavian and English skills required
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Personal qualifications:
   • Curious and self-motivated
   • Creative and resourceful
   • Outgoing and sociable

Application deadline for the program starting in fall 2012 is February 15th , 2012. Applications received after the deadline will be considered on an ongoing basis. Please send your cover letter, CV and grade transcripts from bachelor's and master's degree to Management Trainee Marianne Køien Paulsen, marianne.koien.paulsen@visma.com. You can also attach letters of recomendation but this is not mandatory.
