New contract for SpecTec AS

SpecTec AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma ASA, has signed a framework agreement with Höegh Fleet Services to upgrade computerized maintenance systems for 40 vessels operated by Höegh Fleet Services. Amos for Windows™ handles the control of maintenance and purchasing on board the ship using automatic transfer of information to the management organization on shore. The installation for Höegh Fleet Services will also be integrated with ShipNet's purchasing and accounting system.
Höegh Fleet Services has been a technology driver in the shipping industry for many years, and has clear objectives for the introduction of new systems.
The company will use Amos for Windows™ to improve the efficiency of its shipping operations and provide a clearer overview, as well as to streamline routines in the management organization. The contract is therefore important, and reinforces SpecTec's position as the world's leading supplier of IT solutions for shipping operations.
