19.10.1999 Interim resultsAt the end of the third quarter of 1999, operating revenue for the VISMA Group totalled NOK 221.4 million (214.5 million). The operating profit for the period amounted to NOK 25.7 million (12.6 million), an increase of 104% on 1998. The profit after financial items and before tax totalled NOK 29.4 million (13.9 million). For the first three quarters of 1999, the operating profit margin was 11.6% (6.5%). The third-quarter results reflect the stability of Visma's performance. Good results are expected in the fourth quarter as well. Ergosoft, Marinor and Sama will be integrated into Visma during the fourth quarter, which will contribute to growth in sales and profits. The positive cash flow from operations will be used for strategic acquisitions. After two years of consolidation, Visma is now moving into a phase that focuses on growth.
