28.10.1999 AcquisitionImplementation of Ergosoft acquisition. Visma ASA has completed its due diligence of Ergosoft AS, and the acquisition will take place on 29 October 1999. Visma Business ASA will buy 100% of the shares in Ergosoft. Settlement for the Ergosoft share purchase will be made in cash. Visma’s managing director, Bjørn Ingier, states: “The acquisition of Ergosoft is part of Visma’s strategy to become a leading supplier of ERP systems.
