01.11.1999 MarinorOf the shareholders in Marinor, 99.86% have approved Visma’s acquisition offer.A total of 813,336 out of the 814,459 shares have accepted the offer. Of the shares, 320,266 will be converted to 565,349 shares in Visma Marine ASA; 308,707 will be converted to 348,515 shares in Visma ASA; and settlement for 184,363 shares will made as a cash amount of NOK 6,033,757.
