03.01.2000 Contract to VismaThrough its subsidiary Visma Marine ASA, Visma has won a contract worth NOK 5 million with Teekay Shipping in Vancouver. The contract initially applies to the software products RAST and EDIMAR, but may be extended to include other products as well as consultancy services. RAST and EDIMAR are products that have been developed by Marinor, which Visma acquired in the fourth quarter of 1999. The contract with Teekay is the first major contract that Visma has won on the basis of the products from Marinor. In 1999 Teekay acquired the Norwegian tanker company Bona.
