10.03.2000 Private placementThe Board of Directors of Visma ASA has completed a private placement of 300,000 shares at a subscription price of NOK 100 per share, in accordance with its mandate. The placement, totalling NOK 30 million, was conducted by Carnegie, and was directed at institutional and private investors. The share capital increase relates to the financing of holdings acquired in several companies in the process of founding a company dedicated to Internet products and services.
