Registration of new share capital

Visma ASA has increased the company's share capital by NOK 2,100,000.
After registration, the company's share capital is NOK 115,711,897, divided into 16,530,271 shares with a nominal value of NOK 7.
The share capital increase relates to the previously announced placement totalling NOK 30,000,000 to finance holdings acquired in several companies in the process of forming a company dedicated to Internet products and services.
