07.04.2000 Important distribution agreements in AsiaVisma Marine ASA has signed a distribution agreement for Japan with Fuji Trading through its subsidiary SpecTec Pte in Singapore. Visma Marine ASA is a division in the Visma Group. The agreement supplements the existing distribution agreement with Mitsui, and has been negotiated among the three parties. In future, Fuji Trading will sell software solutions in the Japanese market, while Mitsui will provide services. In addition, Visma Marine ASA has signed a distribution agreement with Japan Radio Corporation. In terms of the agreement, Japan Radio will bundle AMOS Mail with its hardware and offer this in the region. Local distribution is regarded as a key to the large Japanese market, and the agreements are considered to be extremely important to the realization of Visma Marine ASA�s strategy in Asia.
