21.06.2000 Ex date for distribution of shares in ExenseAt a board meeting of the Oslo Stock Exchange, it was resolved that Exense ASA should be granted a listing on the SMB list for small and medium-sized enterprises. A prerequisite is the preparation of a prospectus that satisfies the stock exchange’s regulations for introductions to the exchange. The director of the stock exchange has been authorized to stipulate the first date of the listing, not later than 22 August 2000. Visma ASA currently holds 5.5 million shares out of a total of 10 million shares in Exense ASA. The annual general meeting of Visma ASA held on 29 March 2000 resolved to distribute 2.5 million shares in Exense ASA in favour of Visma ASA’s shareholders. The last trading date for Visma ASA shares including this right is 14 July 2000. From 17 July onwards, Visma ASA shares will be traded exclusive of this right. It is anticipated that Exense ASA will be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange from about 1 August 2000. After the stock exchange introduction, Visma ASA will own about 20% of the shares in Exense ASA, employees of the company will own about 35%, and the remainder will be distributed among about 3000 financial investors. Exense ASA is a component-oriented software and consulting company that focuses on e-commerce and solutions for Internet banking. The company is being founded through a merger of Morell AS, Intraview AS, Visma Logistics AS and Info-Expert AS. The company has about 80 employees.
