Ex rights to shares in Exense ASA

As announced in previous notices to the Oslo Stock Exchange, from today - 17 July 2000 - the shares in Visma ASA (“Visma”) will be listed ex rights to shares in Exense ASA (“Exense”). At Visma’s annual general meeting held on 29 March 2000, it was resolved that 2.5 million shares in Exense should be distributed to current Visma shareholders. Ownership of one share in Visma on 14 July 2000 gave the right to 0.150 shares in Exense.
