16.08.2000 Visma wins large contract in the USAThrough its subsidiary SpecTec Inc., Visma Marine ASA has entered into an agreement to supply software and services with a value of USD 2 million to the Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group, which operates the world's largest fleet of parcel tankers. Visma Marine ASA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma ASA. The agreement covers AMOS software and implementation services for 75 vessels. The solution comprises software for maintenance, logistics and procurement for the whole fleet. Integration between AMOS and the E-commerce portal Prime Supplier will be developed in connection with the agreement. This will streamline the procurement process in the Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group. Delivery will take place in the rest of 2000 and in 2001. The agreement will mean a great deal for Visma�s further growth in the USA.
