10.11.2000 Visma buys TimeEaseVisma Business ASA, a subsidiary of Visma ASA, is to buy all the rights to the Web-based TimeEase system for time recording and project tracking from Exense ASA for NOK 6.5 million. TimeEase is already integrated in Visma’s product portfolio, and TimeEase is primarily sold through Visma’s partners. The market has shown great interest in the product, and Visma has a strong commitment to TimeEase. The agreement secures full control over the product for Visma. For Exense, the sale of TimeEase represents a concentration on supplying major customers directly and on refining its role in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). In addition, Exense gains Visma Business as a customer through a development contract worth NOK 2.0 million. TimeEase has attracted considerable interest in the market, and the product is an important area of focus for Visma.
