12.01.2001 Visma acquires Altius ASWith effect from 11 January 2001, Visma ASA has acquired 51% of the shares in Altius AS for a payment of NOK 6.5 million. Of this, NOK 4 million has been settled in cash, while the remaining NOK 2.5 million has been paid as 61,359 shares in Visma ASA. After the payment, Visma ASA holds a total of 712,941 of its own shares. Altius AS is based in Oslo, and has specialized in customers with international activity as well as the supply of financial-manager services. Altius will form part of Visma�s new division for outsourcing and Business Service Providing.
