15.06.2001 Forenede Økonomer mergerWe refer to the notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange dated 31May 2001 regarding the plan for a merger between Forenede Økonomer AS and Visma Forenede Økonomer AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma Services ASA. The general meetings of the respective parties have now approved the merger plan. It is anticipated that the merger will be implemented during September 2001.
