22.06.2001 ASP agreement with the Click chainVisma Provider, a company in the Visma Group, and the photo chain Click have entered into an ASP agreement. The agreement represents sales totalling NOK 15-25 million for Visma Provider for the next four years. Together, Click and its business partner Fileflow have developed a solution for the transfer and storage of digital as well as analogue pictures. Customers of the Click chain have access to all their photographs on the Internet. This technology enables them to send, store, compose and distribute photographs much faster than was possible before. The Click chain has a total of 400,000 customers, and expects that a large number of these customers will adopt the solution. The system has also attracted great interest internationally. The concept is currently being made available, and Visma Provider AS will play a central role in this process and subsequent operations. The Click organization will also outsource its own IT/IS resources, while the chain's 70 resellers and franchisees will achieve standardized administrative solutions in finance/accounting, logistics, CRM, and office support tools. Visma Business will be used as the financial system in the solution.
