26.06.2001 AcquisitionØkonomiPartner AS, a company in the process of merging with Visma, has acquired 100% of the shares in Sør-Vest Regnskap AS for NOK 5.7 million in cash. Sør-Vest Regnskap has 18 employees in Bryne, Forus and Stavanger. The company expects sales of NOK 9.5 million and an operating profit of NOK 1 million in 2001.
