16.08.2001 Visma continues international expansionVisma Services ASA has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 % of the shares in Bjellefors-Gruppen International AB. In 2001, the company expects sales of SEK 46 million and profits after tax of SEK 2.5 million. The company has shown strong organic growth, with sales of SEK 28 million in 2000. Bjellefors has a total of 75 employees in accounting, payroll and consulting functions. The company's headquarters are in Stockholm, and it has subsidiaries in London, Oslo, Copenhagen and Barcelona. Bjellefors has a large proportion of multinational clients, and the company will play a central role in Visma's development of a European network of accounting firms. Visma will pay SEK 9.8 million for 70 % of Bjellefors-Gruppen International AB, and the full amount will be settled through shares in Visma ASA. Visma has an option to purchase up to 100 % of the shares in the company. The acquisition is conditional on successful completion of due diligence and final approval by the Board of Directors of Visma ASA.
