06.04.2001 Reportable trade, TrønderøkonomiVisma Services ASA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma ASA, today acquired 50.1% of the shares in TrønderØkonomi Holding AS through the purchase of 9,400 shares for NOK 3,999,982. TrønderØkonomi Holding AS has simultaneously arranged a private placement with Visma for NOK 6,000,010. NOK 3,999,982 has been settled in the form of 62,377 shares in Visma ASA.
