05.09.2001 VIS - Reportable trade/mergerWe refer to the notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange dated 8 May 2001 regarding the plan for a merger between ØkonomiPartner AS and Visma ØkonomiPartner AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma Services ASA. The merger has now been completed, and the shareholders of ØkonomiPartner AS have received a payment of 1,600,000 shares in Visma ASA, and NOK 24 million in cash - a total payment of NOK 120 million. After the transaction, Visma ASA holds 186,000 of its own shares. The following insiders have received shares in connection with the implementation of the merger: Ada Kjeseth, CEO 293,295 shares, total holding 293,295 Arild Eriksen, Financial Director 48,512 shares, total holding 49,512 Ada Kjeseth has been appointed CEO of Visma Services ASA and the merged company ØkonomiPartner AS. Arild Eriksen has been appointed Financial Director of Visma Services ASA. During the coming months, a Visma Services profile will be developed for ØkonomiPartner. Visma Services is Norway's leading full-scale service provider in areas including financial management, accounting services, personnel, administration of accounts receivable and debt collection. Its ambition is to become a leading player in the Nordic countries in these service areas, through acquisitions and organic growth combined with good earnings.
