17.09.2001 VIS - Reportable tradeVisma ASA has bought a total of 566,743 of its own shares, from 3,094 shareholders who accepted the repurchase offer which ended on 12 September 2001. The share price in the offer was set at SEK 69.57. This was equivalent to the volume-weighted average price for the Visma share during the last five trading days of the offer period. The SEK/NOK exchange rate was set at 0.8323. After the repurchase, Visma owns 660,743 of its own shares.
