28.09.2001 VIS - Reportable trade / acquisition of operationsThrough its subsidiary ØkonomiPartner Trondheim AS, ØkonomiPartner AS has entered into an agreement on the acquisition of operations in Exact AS. ØkonomiPartner AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma Services ASA. The total consideration for the business is NOK 5.5 million. Thirty per cent of this will consist of shares in Visma ASA, while the remainder will be paid in cash. The business offers accounting services and outsourcing of financial functions. It expects sales of NOK 8.5 million and a profit of NOK 1.1 million in 2001.
