Reportable trade / acquisition of operations

ØkonomiPartner AS, a company in the Visma Services division, has acquired the operations of Exact AS.
The total payment is NOK 5,500,000, comprising 32,433 shares in Visma ASA and NOK 3,850,000 in cash.
After the transaction, Visma ASA holds none of its own shares.

Exact AS offers accounting services and outsourcing of financial functions.
The company anticipates sales of NOK 8.5 million for 2001, with an operating profit of NOK 1.1 million.
