Visma Retail acquires Abalon AB, a company that develops solutions for better customer insight through customer- and loyalty programs. The acquisition is an important step towards offering retailers solutions that stimulate customer loyalty.

As the consumers are connected online all the time, it has become even more important for players within retail to understand the buying process and the buying behaviour before, during and after a purchase. The retailers experience high competition and the playing fields have changed.
