Our board of directors is made up of key people from KKR, HgCapital and Visma CEO Øystein Moan, and is chaired by Gunnar Bjørkavåg, the CEO of NHST Media Group.
Chairman of the Board, Gunnar Bjørkavåg, is B. Sc. from BI, Norway, MBA from Henley College/Oxford and AMP from Harvard Business School.
Nic Humphries is Chief Executive of HgCapital. He has 20 years experience of the private equity and venture capital industry, and joined HgCapital in 2001.
Chris joined Cinven in 2006 and is a member of the TMT sector team. He has been involved in a number of investments including Amadeus, CPA Global, Springer and Visma.
David joined Cinven in 1996 and is a member of the Industrials and TMT sector teams. He has since been involved in numerous transactions including Aprovia, CPA Global, Eutelsat, HEG, MediMedia, Springer, Ufinet, Visma and Ziggo.
Jean-Baptiste is a member of the TMT team. He sits on the boards of TeamSystem, Ullink and Visma.

HgCapital, increased its ownership in the business to 31.33 % in 2014. Established in 2000, HgCapital is a leading investor in the European private equity market. It is the successor to Mercury Private Equity (founded in 1985), which was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1997. In December 2000, Mercury Private Equity staff acquired the business from Merrill Lynch and renamed it HgCapital.
In 2014 Cinven became a co-lead shareholder with a 31,33 % ownership. Cinven is a leading European private equity firm focused on building world-class Europe-focused companies. Its funds invest in six key sectors: Business Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer and Technology Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
Management of Visma increased at the same time its ownership in the business to 6 %.
