Account overview

In this guide we will review the account overview and available functions.

Billing information

Here you will find the information we have registered about your company. This information can easily be changed by simply editing the input fields and clicking "Save".

Buying more credits

If you are running out of credits, you can buy extra directly from your Account overview. You can choose between 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 credits, or you can decide the exact number you want to buy under “Other amount”.

After you have selected how many credits you wish to purchase, click "Buy now". Enter the purchase details and click "Complete payment" and the credits will be available on your account. You can see all your invoices under Invoices.


You can add your company logo to your account. The logo will appear when your recipients access the documents to be signed. You add your logo by browsing the files from your computer or by dragging the file directly into Visma Addo.

Distribution settings

You can choose where Visma Addo must distribute signed documents. By default signed documents will be distributed to the sender via e-mail.

If you use Visma Addo from SuperOffice CRM or Visma Case, you can change the settings so Visma Addo will distribute singed documents directly to SuperOffice CRM or Visma Case.

If you have integrated Visma Addo with a third party system, you can also set Visma Addo to call your web service when a signing is completed. Just enter the web address (URL) of the web service in the field.

Security setting

Here you can choose the password requirements to each user's password. You can choose between standard or high security settings.

Standard requirements for passwords

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Not include same character three times in a row.

Advanced requirements for passwords

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Not include same character three times in a row
  • Password must be changed every 90 days
  • Password must include digits and upper and lower case letters
  • The past 8 passwords can't be reused.
