When receiving signed documents with Visma Addo you can set up the distribution settings in four different ways. The distribution setting dermines to which system Visma Addo should distribute signed documents. However, this is only important when you have one of Visma Addo's plugins, which is currently available for SuperOffice CRM and Visma Case (document and case management program), or if Visma Addo is integrated to to a specific webservice.
This means that signed documents will be distributed to these programs and not via e-mails.
Change distribution settings
- Find Account in the top menu
- Select how the signed documents should be distributed. Here you can choose between sender email, SuperOffice CRM or Visma Case. As a standard Visma Addo distributes signed documents via e-mail.
- Click "Save" to save the settings
