Customize the signature page

When you as a company uses Visma Addo to send documents for digital signature, it is beneficial for the recipient to see your company's logo on the signing portal. In this way, the recipient can quickly identify your business as the sender.

The signing portal is the side that your signers see when they sign a document they have received. The following describes how you quickly and easily can add the company’s logo to the signing portal.

Add logo to your account

To add a logo to your account, do the following.

  1. Go to Account in the top menu
  2. Choose Signing portal to insert an image
  3. Choose Upload logo file and select an image file* on your computer
  4. Ok to finish

*The image file must have a max. resolution of 450x150px and format jpg or png.

Once you have selected a picture and uploaded it, it will appear on the page.
If you are not satisfied with the result, you can upload a new one.
