Managing users

As a company you may need to create multiple users. Here is how to create and maintain user accounts in Visma Addo.

Creating a new user

Visma Addo allows you to have multiple users on the same account. 
Note! Only an administrator of a Visma Addo account can add new users.

  1. Go to Account in the top menu and in the sub menu click on User. Here you will see the full list of users, their name, e-mail, role and status. 
  2. Click on the green button Add new user.
  3. Enter the name and e-mail of the new user, the phone number is optional. Then choose what role (see role description blow) they should have and in which language theu should use Visma Addo.
    Note! The e-mail address will be the users log-in username.
  4. Click Save to save the user.

User roles

As a user in Visma Addo you can choose three following types of user roles. Read about them here below.  

Standard

See own signing in the signing overview.
Send documents for signature. 

Group Administrator

Create and maintain user accounts for a group.
Create and maintain templates for a group. 

Administrator

Create and maintain all user accounts.
Create and maintain user groups.
Buy credits.
Create and maintain templates.

Edit user 

If you want to edit in either the contact information, status or role of an existing user you will can easily do so.

  1. Click on the user in the list. When selected you can edit the user or do the following.
  2. Edit the information you want to edit. You can edit the contact information, the role, the language or if the user is assigned to any groups.
  3. Click Save to save the changes.

When editing a user you can also do the following.

Deactivate user
Click Deactivate and the user can no longer use the Visma Addo account. The account can later be reactivated if needed

Delete user
Click Delete and user will be deleted. This action can not be undone.

Reset password 
If the user for some reason needs a new password. Click Reset password. The user will then recieve an email with a link where they can choose their new password.
