Reset user password

If for some reason a user of your Visma Addo account needs a new pssword, you can easyli reset the password for any given user. 
Note: Only adminstrators of a Visma Addo account can reset passwords.

Reset user password

  1. Find the user which password needs to be reset
  2. Click Reset password

The user will the recieve an email with a link to where they can reset their password. Here theey will be asked to type in a new password of their choice and then repeat the password. The requirements for the password will also be shown.
