As a design and innovation anthropologist, Anna is passionate about creating meaningful, relevant and strategic solutions to the challenges facing companies today.  She does this through understanding people’s motivations and aspirations.  She then abstracts meaning and relevance and helps companies turn meaning in to value by meeting the articulated and unarticulated needs of their customers.  Co-creation and People Centered Design are her trademarks.

Ellis is a Director at Cherryleaf, a technical writing services and training company based near London, in the United Kingdom. He has over twenty years' experience working in the field of documentation and content strategy. Ellis has a BA in Business Studies, and he is an Associate of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Ranked as the most influential blogger on technical communication in Europe, Ellis’ research into the value of User Assistance has resulted in him identifying new trends in how to help people complete tasks successfully. He is also an aikido instructor in his spare time.

Roy Osherove

Roy Osherove is the a senior consultant at ITVerket, and the author of The Art Of Unit Testing and Notes to a software team leader. He is also one of the original ALT.NET organizers. He consults and trains teams worldwide on the gentle art of unit testing, test-driven development and how to lead software teams. He frequently speaks at international conferences on these topics and others.

Dag Lorås is Development Manager for the FrameSolutions Adaptive Case Management Framework in Computas. He works with a distributed development team in Oslo and Buchurești. Current work is focused on process, workflow and rules systems in business application. Dag has previously worked with Cloud architecture and operations in large scale web applications.
