Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Accounting Control and Process Management from Copenhagen Business School.
What are you working at now?
Right now, I’m helping a company to work more efficiently by reviewing all payroll processes, make an As-Is description and optimizing the processes. In addition, I am about to organize a workshop with a new customer who bought our payroll system. We must adapt our system to the customer’s business and ensure all types of processes in payroll management. As a Project Coordinator, I am also involved in the implementation of new outsourcing customers where I’m responsible for project management, start-up budget, planning, deadlines and customer contact.
How is it to work at Visma?
There is a good working environment at Visma with a lot of interesting challenges and opportunity for development. The tempo is high and I really like that I get involved in many different projects. I enjoy working with customers and colleagues with a high professional level. At Visma we want to turn the customers administrative and business processes into a competitive advantage. This is the second time I’m employed at Visma and I’m happy to be back.

What is your favourite activity outside work?
I’m very active in my everyday life and I’m always ready for a challenge. I get energy from keeping me going physically and mentally. After doing gymnastics at a high level for many years, I have now found my passion in triathlon. The next challenge is an extreme triathlon in the mountains in Switzerland in June – I like the combination of a really hard race, the atmosphere and the beautiful scenery.
