Dealing with agencies.
There comes a time when even the most seasoned content producer or designer needs help or input to their communication project. Even though we encourage to produce content and design in-house, we cannot exclude the value of a second opinion, or some good old-fashioned outsourcing. If the decision has already been made and you wish to use external help, please keep in mind the following:
- All designs/productions need approval from the Corporate Marketing and Communications department (firstname.lastname@example.org) before publishing.
- Make sure that the external bureau is highly aware of the Visma design guide and uses official graphical resources.
- Consider establishing contact between external agencies and corporate at an early stage in the creative process in order to avoid last minute cancellations (and time & money poorly spent)
- Ask the Corporate Marketing and Communications department for a preferred agency.
