Dealing with agencies.
There comes a time when even the most seasoned content producer or designer needs help or input to their communication project. Even though we encourage to produce content and design inhouse we cannot exclude the value of a second opinion, or some good old fashioned outsourcing. If the decision has already been made and you wish to use external help, please keep in mind the following:
- All designs/productions need approval from the Corporate Marketing and Communications department (firstname.lastname@example.org) before publishing.
- Make sure that the external bureau is highly aware of the Visma design guide and uses official graphical resources.
- Consider establishing contact between external agencies and corporate at an early stage in the creative process in order to avoid last minute cancellations (and time & money poorly spent)
- Ask the Corporate Marketing and Communications department for a preferred agency.
