The Visma Code of Conduct is an expression of the responsibility that you, as a Visma employee, carry. The purpose of Visma’s Code of Conduct is not to set out strict rules for behaviour, but to set out basic principles for how all Visma employees should act on a day-to-day basis. It should be a living document guiding us to always act ethically, lawfully and always bearing in mind what is best for our customers, our co-workers and Visma as a whole.
Business growth also comes with a responsibility that exceeds the walls of our company.
