Documents such as CVs, references, cover letters and image files can be uploaded by EasyCruit users using the back office, or by candidates using your career website. You can specify which file types users/candidates can upload to ensure that they can open and view the uploaded files. For example, you can turn off document file types that users do not have the correct software to open.
1. Click “Settings” and then click on the icon “File type configuration”.
2. Mark/unmark the file types that you wish to accept/not accept.
3. In the bottom of the page, click on the “Save” button to save your settings. Accepted file types are visible for users and candidates.
