Response mails

Add and adjust the different response mails and make sure that EasyCruit is set to your specific language.

EasyCruit is populated with default e-mail texts used to communicate with candidates. If using multiple languages, each e-mail text is by default translated to each available language.

E-mail templates are used when candidates apply to vacancies and a confirmation e-mail should be sent out, when you invite a candidate to an interview, or to reject a candidate.

E-mail texts should be adjusted according to needs and company guidelines. If using multiple languages, make sure that texts are edited for all available languages.

If you are using multiple languages in EasyCruit, make sure that you are editing text for all languages available.

To access the “Response mails” page, click “Settings” and then click on the “Response mails” icon. To edit an e-mail template, click on the pencil icon next to the e-mail you wish to edit. To save your changes, click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

It is recommended to have a look on the following e-mail templates in the beginning:

  • Application received
  • CV registered
  • Rejection following application review
  • Automatic rejection
  • First, second and third interview
  • Rejection following 1st, 2nd and 3rd interview
