10.03.1998 Visma signs framework agreement with FargerikeThrough its subsidiary Visma Norge AS, the Visma Group has signed a framework agreement with Fargerike Norge AS to supply the MultiSoft system to companies that belong to the chain. The agreement has a value of NOK 2-4 million. With its 86 member companies, Fargerike Norge AS is one of Norway's largest chains supplying paint and interior-decorating products. The framework agreement covers MultiSoft's standard modules in financial management, logistics, ordering, inventory control and invoicing, as well as a separate module for the point-of-sale function in the chain's shops. The agreement also covers system implementation and training. Fargerike has defined its specific requirements for a future system that will ensure the further development of the chain and member companies. MultiSoft will be adapted to these requirements, so that the chain gets its own Fargerike solution of the system. This will give the chain's member companies the strategic tool they need to achieve their objectives. This is an important contract for Visma in the market segment of chain stores and retail solutions. Implementation will be handled by Visma's network of dealers throughout Norway, ensuring that each Fargerike member has a total supplier in its area.
