17.02.1999 Buskerud County Municipality chooses Visma LogisticsVisma Logistics ASA has signed a contract with Buskerud County Municipality for supplying a logistics and purchasing system.The contract is for NOK 1.6 million, and applies to departments of Buskerud Central Hospital and Ringerike Hospital in Norway. The contract will be extended to include all hospitals and other services in the county municipality. Kjell Warholm, managing director of Visma Logistics ASA, says that the standard product Visma Logistics� is highly suitable as a logistics and purchasing system for county municipality activities. This is an important business area for us, and we already have an extremely large installation covering all the hospitals in the county of Stockholm. In Norway we have installations at the central hospitals in Aust-Agder and Vestfold, and we are now talking to a number of other hospitals and county municipalities in Norway and Sweden.
