11.08.1999 Organizational changesSvein R. Goli was elected as chairman of the board of Visma ASA on 10 August 1999. The previous chairman, Svein Ribe-Anderssen, is to continue as a member of the board. Mr Goli has a wealth of experience in the computer industry, as sales director at IBM and managing director of Oracle Norge among other positions.
