New dealer agreement
Visma has terminated its dealer agreement with Impact Collegium AS with effect from 23 August 1999. In the interests of Impact Collegium's clients, Øistein Jansen, the former general manager of Impact Collegium, is founding a new company that will continue sales and support of Visma's financial systems (micro80 Super and Origo, Visma micro80, Visma Business) in the Oslo area. Visma is to establish a new dealer agreement with the new company. Øistein Jansen will be the major shareholder in the company. All Visma clients who were formerly associated with Impact Collegium will be transferred to the new company.
The interests of our customers have been the key factor in this decision, and we attach great importance to ensuring full continuity of support for their ADP systems. Visma considers this to be the best solution for customers, and will do its utmost to help the company develop rapidly and build up a strong position in its market.
Øistein Jansen, who has worked with Visma/micro80 products since 1991, will be the contact person for customers. Both he and Visma are highly satisfied with this solution, and look forward to providing even better service to the customers they share.
