17.12.1999 Visma starts up in DenmarkVisma Business ASA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma ASA, has established a distribution company in Denmark, Visma Business AS (Denmark). The company will distribute Visma’s ERP and Web solutions in the Danish market. The main products will be Visma Business and TimeEase from Intraview. Visma Business ASA owns 49% of the company, while employees own 51% of the shares. A good customer database has been established in Denmark through the company's previous activities there, and eight distributor agreements have already been signed. There are already about 100 Visma Business customers in Denmark. The start-up in Denmark is part of Visma’s international strategy, and is important to enable the company to offer solutions to customers who operate in all the Scandinavian countries.
