12.05.2000 New option programmeThe Board of Directors of Visma ASA has granted 280,000 options to employees in the Visma Group worldwide, in accordance with its authorization of 29 March 2000. The options are governed by an agreement with a term of four years, which allows the exercise of 25% of the options each year, with 29 March 2001 as the first exercise date.
