18.10.2000 Visma acquires Rapport ConsultVisma ASA has entered into an agreement to acquire 51% of Rapport Consult AS with an option to acquire the remaining 49% by the first quarter of 2004. Rapport Consult supplies outsourcing and accounting-office services, and holds a leading market position as a supplier to petrol filling stations and other chains. The company anticipates sales of NOK 15 million for 2000, with a profit after tax of NOK 2.5 million. The company has taxed equity of NOK 4 million. Visma paid NOK 9,652,500 for 51% of the shares. Rapport Consult will form part of Visma�s new Business Service division.
