Settlement for sale of Visma Marine

The sale of Visma's marine division to Station 12 BV was completed today, 25 October. EUR 84.5 million, equivalent to NOK 681.1 million, has now been paid into Visma's account.In addition, Station 12 has paid NOK 48.9 million to redeem loans from Visma ASA to SpecTec companies.Visma received a total of NOK 730 million in cash today.
