Visma buys 51% of the shares in the accounting firm Altius AS.

With effect from 11 January 2001, Visma will acquire 51% of the shares in Altius AS for NOK 6.5 million. Of this amount, NOK 2.5 million will be paid as shares in Visma ASA.

Altius AS is based in Oslo, and has specialized in customers with international activity as well as the supply of financial-manager services. In 2001, Altius AS expects sales totalling NOK 15 million and an operating profit of NOK 4 million.

Visma ASA has an option to buy up to 100% of the shares in Altius before the end of the first quarter of 2004.

Altius will form part of Visma�s new division for outsourcing and Business Service Providing.

The acquisition is conditional on successful due diligence as well as approval by the Board of Visma ASA.
