Visma acquires Unison AS.

With effect from 19 January 2001, Visma ASA’s wholly owned subsidiary Visma Services ASA has acquired 50.1% of the shares in Unison AS for a payment of NOK 6 million. The consideration comprises 132,981 shares in Visma ASA as well as a share issue of NOK 3 million.

After the payment, Visma ASA holds a total of 617,019 of its own shares.

Unison AS will form part of Visma’s new division for outsourcing and Business Service Providing. Reference is made to the announcement of the acquisition on 15 December 2000.
