13.08.2001 Sør-Vest RegnskapØkonomiPartner AS, a subsidiary of Visma Services ASA, has acquired 100% of the shares in Sør-Vest Regnskap AS for NOK 5.7 million in cash. Sør-Vest Regnskap has 18 employees in Bryne, Forus and Stavanger. It expects sales of NOK 9.5 million in 2001, and an operating profit of NOK 1 million. Sør-Vest Regnskap will be integrated with ØkonomiPartner in Forus, becoming a part of Visma Services.
