13.11.2001 VIS - Visma acquires MynorVisma Services Norge AS has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Mynor AS, in Lillehammer, Norway. The agreement is effective from 1 January 2002. The total consideration for the business is NOK 4.5 million, comprising 22,544 shares in Visma ASA and NOK 3,150,000 in cash. Mynor AS and its subsidiaries will have sales totalling NOK 7.2 million in 2001, with a profit of NOK 850,000 before tax. The business offers accounting services and outsourcing of financial functions.
