12.12.2001 VIS - Visma Services - agreement with BravidaVisma Services Norge AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visma Services, has signed a letter of intent with Bravida Norge AS with regard to taking over the accounting function for the Bravida Group's Norwegian operations from 1 January 2002. In terms of the agreement, which has a value totalling approximately NOK 23 million for 2002, Visma Services will take over a department comprising 30 work-years in Kristiansand. The parties aim to finalize the agreement by 1 February 2002 at the latest. Visma Services provides enterprises in both the private and public sectors with outsourcing services for accounting and payroll functions.
