Visma strengthens its position in the Benelux e-commerce market with the acquisition of Mijnwebwinkel

Visma, European leader in cloud business solutions, acquires e-commerce platform Mijnwebwinkel (MyOnlineStore). With this, Visma is strengthening its position in the e-commerce industry in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Mijnwebwinkel is an e-commerce platform with which SMEs in the Netherlands and Belgium can quickly and easily set up a webshop. The software is available in Dutch, French and English. Thousands of entrepreneurs sell their products and services through Mijnwebwinkel, which was founded in 2005. The platform processes thousands of orders every day, which account for around 300 million euros in turnover per year. 

The acquisition is a strategic step for Visma in the Benelux; Mijnwebwinkel’s solution is an excellent fit with its accounting software and the stock management software Brincr. This will allow small entrepreneurs to benefit from a user-friendly and accessible e-commerce platform that includes accounting and inventory management.
